In a comprehensively managed turnkey project, project management is key to a smooth network implementation process, typically comprising a project kick-off meeting, site preparation, network hardware and software installation and integration, and testing and commissioning. The project manager works closely with customers on each project phase, attaining efficient service delivery through supervising network installation and integration, and coordination project schedules and activities with the customer's staff and other subcontractors. To keep customers updated, project status meetings are scheduled periodically.
